We work to balance making services as affordable as possible for you while being able to offer you the high-quality support you need.
Making mental health services and support accessible to our community’s most vulnerable members is very important to us at Best Life Louisville.
- Targeted Case Management is provided through Medicaid insurance plans.
- Psychiatric Medication Management is one of our insurance-based services. We accept commercial insurance and all Medicaid plans.

If you would like to self-pay for Psychiatric services there is a $175 fee for the initial evaluation. Follow-up sessions are $75.
Self-pay is also available for Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, and/or Family Therapy at $125 per session.
If therapy is out of reach financially, we’d like to offer some relief. We believe access to care should meet you where you are.
What does Medicaid cover?
We accept all Medicaid plans for Case Management, Psychiatric Services (Medication Management), and Therapy.
