Best Life Mental Health Services seeks compassionate, experienced and trauma-informed professionals in the mental health field! This is a unique place to work as we trust you to be a professional but also value teamwork and support. We are also grounded in service to communities that have been marginalized and have met systemic and historic barriers in accessing and benefiting from therapy. We strive to hire a staff that is committed to this same work, over and above the work that they would be doing with Best Life.

Best Life is not only here to help the community of clients that we serve, we are here to create a safe, collaborative and encouraging environment for the people who have dedicated their careers to helping others!

Check out a few of the things our staff has to say about working with Best Life:

“Being a part of the Best Life Team has not only allowed me to grow in my career but gave me the opportunity to be around other clinicians in the field that I can learn from.”

“I’m so thankful to call Best Life home!”

“I enjoy working at Best Life because not only does my voice feel valued but I’m given the proper tools and encouragement to empower others.”

“Best Life Mental Health Services is an organization that exhibits their core values in some powerful ways. They do this through intentionally implementing feedback from the team, communicating regularly about expectations, expressing gratitude towards members of the team individually and collectively, providing valuable training and supervision, and encouraging a work life balance. These are just a few examples of how supportive of an environment evidenced by supporting their staff so that we are able to provide exceptional services to the community we serve.”

“I would like to say that Best Life is a place where I feel accepted and allowed to be my full self amongst my colleagues. It has also introduced me to other amazing practitioners who have helped me grow as a clinician.”
