At Best Life, we believe therapy should be within reach for everyone. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or a long-term therapeutic relationship, we want access—not cost—to guide that decision.

Too often, people who could benefit most from a safe space, coping skills, and emotional support are shut out because therapy feels out of reach financially. We’re working to remove that barrier.

With our therapy interns, we use the Green Bottle Method—a visual sliding scale that helps you choose a session fee that fits your current financial capacity. It’s intentionally designed to offer high-quality care at discounted rates while supporting the training and growth of future clinicians.

There’s no proof of income, no paperwork, no justification required. Just honesty, dignity, and choice.

You simply select the bottle that feels true for your current season of life. Every bottle reflects a reduced rate per session—because care shouldn’t depend on privilege, crisis, or financial disclosure.

This approach honors the belief that:

A Teaching Practice That Expands Access

Best Life is proud to operate as a teaching practice. We welcome graduate-level counseling students who are developing their clinical skills—and in turn, we’re able to offer low-cost, self-pay sessions through our student therapists.

Every student therapist is closely supervised by fully licensed clinicians. In many ways, you get a whole team supporting your care for a fraction of the cost.
