Therapy for individuals

Life is hard. Sometimes it throws things at you that you don’t feel prepared to handle.
Sometimes it just seems like no matter what you try, you aren’t making progress in the
ways you’d like. It’s not that you think you’re perfect – you know that you need tochange and grow, but how? What should you do? What else can you try?

Therapy for your relationships

Relationships are hard. Romantic partnerships, friendships, parent/child relationships –every different type of relationship has challenges. Is each person able to express themselves and be understood? Do you feel safe and close to each other? Whathappens when you disagree with each other? Why do you feel like you keep having the same conversation over and over again  and nothing changes? Each of you knows that whatever is wrong is not all the other person’s fault, but how can you move forward

Therapy that can really help

As your therapist, I will work to make our therapy together a safe and inviting space while also challenging you to grow. I believe in your potential to make meaningful changes in your life – I’m here to help you do just that. I won’t promise that it will be easy. At times it will be uncomfortable, maybe even painful. But I believe in you too much to let you give up on yourself and what you want your life and relationships to be.

We’ll walk together through the hard things that life and growth often require. I will help you to create goals, find ways to achieve them, maintain the progress you’ve made, and celebrate you all along the way. Meet Brenna Teegarden

I enjoy working with people who have a desire for more authentic, deep and growing relationships with themselves and others. My strength lies in being able to see, understand and validate multiple perspectives at the same time. This helps to create a safe environment for my clients to engage in the therapeutic process and helps them to broaden their own potential to understand others.

I deeply enjoy this work and look forward to our work together!
