A world of disconnection…

In the fast-paced world we live in, where connections seem readily available, the reality is that
many of us find ourselves grappling with deep disconnection from those around us.

This sense of disconnection can often leave us feeling unseen, misunderstood, and burdened with shame,
anxiety and anger amongst many other emotions. Whether you are navigating the challenges of
societal expectations, facing discrimination, or experiencing isolation due to various factors, it is
important to remember that you’re not alone.

Creating a safe space together

I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and in therapy, my aim is to offer a safe space for those who may not often feel they have one. Your experience matters, and my commitment is to provide support as you navigate the challenges and emotions that accompany your individual path.

Making the decision to start therapy is a brave and empowering choice. It’s a commitment to yourself, your well-being, and the possibility of a more connected and fulfilling life. I am here to listen, support, and collaborate with you through this process.

Here to relate in the experience while guiding with clinical experience…

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community who navigated the challenges of growing up in a deeply
religious environment, I often grappled with feelings of insecurity, shame, anxiety about my
identity. My personal journey through therapy, coupled with a passionate commitment to
fostering more validating spaces, has guided me to where I am today.

Let’s join together to create the safety needed to foster growth, change and lasting improvements.

About Me

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Kentucky University.

Although I have moved in and out of Louisville throughout my life, I have now carved out my own space here and am committed to staying.

Beyond my therapeutic work, I find joy in spending time with loved ones and my cats.
