Welcome to Meyah’s Office
Meet Meyah Eiland, Therapy Intern
Hello! My name is Meyah Eiland, and I’m proud to call Radcliff, KY my hometown. I am a Therapy Intern at Best Life Louisville Mental Health Services, bringing a strong foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with a background in Child Development and Family Relations. I have a deep appreciation for how early life experiences shape our emotional responses and influence how we process trauma. My goal is to cultivate authentic, meaningful connections while applying the foundational principles of a person-centered approach in all my interactions.
More About Me
I love staying active and connected to my body through movement. I was a cheerleader for 11 years, including at the collegiate level, and dance continues to be an important part of my own healing journey. One of my greatest joys has been teaching Hip Hop dance classes, where movement, community, and self-expression come together. Creating spaces where others can move freely and feel supported has been deeply meaningful to me.
Outside of dance, I’m a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines—especially while traveling—and bonding with others over shared local favorites. In my downtime, you’ll often find me reading, rewatching nostalgic Disney classics, or spending quality time with the people I love.
Healing is far from linear, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your own journey.
“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”
