A Space to Feel Understood

Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or the pressure of expectations that never seem to quiet down. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck — trapped in painful patterns, overwhelmed by responsibilities, or worried they will never become the person they hope to be.

I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and heard. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and creating a safe, supportive relationship where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment.

A Creative and Adaptable Approach to Healing

I believe therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. Every client is different, and I work hard to create a therapeutic space that fits your individual needs.

Whether we are incorporating play therapy techniques, creative expression, problem-solving strategies, or simply creating space for honest conversations, I approach therapy with flexibility and compassion. Many of my clients tell me that our conversations feel natural rather than clinical or intimidating, which helps them feel more comfortable being vulnerable and open.

I especially enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and trauma-related experiences. Together, we work toward better understanding your experiences, processing difficult emotions, and creating meaningful growth.

Supporting Children, Teens, and Adults

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and mood-related struggles. While I enjoy supporting clients of all ages, I have a special passion for working with children and adolescents.

I love the creativity and connection that come with helping younger clients process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills early in life. Through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate interventions, I strive to create an environment where children and teens feel safe enough to open up and grow.

Growth Without Judgment

Healing is not always comfortable, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported through both the difficult and hopeful parts of change.

I care deeply about building strong therapeutic relationships and creating an atmosphere where clients feel accepted, validated, and empowered. My goal is to help you feel less alone in your struggles while building the tools and confidence needed to move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.

Taking the First Step

If you are looking for a therapist who is compassionate, creative, adaptable, and genuinely invested in your growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
