Maybe, you have had a tumultuous relationship from the start, but you never fully felt supported by friends and family and you never had the template for a successful relationship. You want, no, deserve a chance at a happy and healthy relationship too.

Building a foundation, recovering the passion

No matter if you have been together for 6 months or 60 years, if you are wanting to start out right or resuscitate your relationship, or if you fit within the boxes or you and your partner scribble outside the lines together– we all can use some guidance. I am here to help you and your partner go deeper with one another, to understand each other differently and to build something lasting.

 

About Me

If you’re seeking a couples therapist, I offer a welcoming and inclusive space for clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ couples. I understand the unique challenges and dynamics that LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationship. My ideal clients are those who are facing various challenges in their interpersonal connections, such as communication breakdowns, unresolved conflicts, trust issues, and emotional disconnection.

I approach therapy with a compassionate and non-judgmental
stance, creating a safe and supportive space for couples to explore their challenges. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance with each couple, tailoring my approach to their unique needs and goals. I strongly believe in empowering couples by equipping them with practical tools and strategies they can apply outside of therapy sessions. Lastly, I strive to create a warm and collaborative therapeutic environment where open dialogue and growth can flourish, ultimately helping couples foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
